EDBA Shuttle Order Procedure

To streamline and facilitate shuttle ordering and distribution, the following outlines the EDBA’s process for shuttle orders.

Shuttle orders will be made once a month 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to an upcoming EDBA meeting.

To order shuttles

  1. Please email your club name and shuttle order PRIOR to end of day on the monthly deadline to info@edba.org
  2. A shuttle order will be placed.
    • If there is stock at the wholesaler, the shuttles will be available at the next EDBA meeting.
    • If there is limited stock at the wholesaler, preference will go to orders first received depending on available stock.
    • If there is no stock at the wholesaler, EDBA will pick up the shuttles when available and arrange distribution via email.
