To streamline and facilitate shuttle ordering and distribution, the following outlines the EDBA’s process for shuttle orders.
Shuttle orders will be made once a month 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to an upcoming EDBA meeting.
To order shuttles
- Please email your club name and shuttle order PRIOR to end of day on the monthly deadline to firstname.lastname@example.org
- A shuttle order will be placed.
- If there is stock at the wholesaler, the shuttles will be available at the next EDBA meeting.
- If there is limited stock at the wholesaler, preference will go to orders first received depending on available stock.
- If there is no stock at the wholesaler, EDBA will pick up the shuttles when available and arrange distribution via email.
