Welcome to another new EDBA badminton season! Please find as follows information regarding the next EDBA meeting:

Location: Activity Room #4, Central Lions Senior Rec Centre, 11113 113 St, Edmonton
Attached are the proposed agenda for the meeting and draft minutes of the June 4, 2015 EDBA meeting previously distributed by Jenny Altarejos on June 18, 2015. Also attached is a spreadsheet relating to Agenda Item 3(i) and a draft EDBA Mileage Allowance Policy relating to Agenda Item 3(k). Please make sure you reviewed all attachments prior to the meeting.
Please note the September 3, 2015 meeting also serves as EDBA’s 2015/16 Annual General Meeting during which 2015/16 EDBA Officers will be elected as per EDBA Bylaws. Also please note that EDBA meetings will start maximizing the use of electronic documents by overhead projection so documents such as meeting agendas, minutes of past meeting, bank balance statement, etc. will no longer be distributed as hard copies during the meeting. Please bring your own hard or soft copy of any document that you want to use for your own reference.
