Item 4(b) on Thursday’s meeting agenda is regarding the Benefit and Service Entitlement (BASE) model which is being proposed to simplify and improve the way EDBA manages and funds the various benefits and services it provides to the community. BASE also reduces the administrative overburden and operating cost of EDBA clubs. A package will be sent out tomorrow to provide more details about BASE.
