Happy New Year everyone! Hope your holidays season has been most enjoyable. Following please find the information regarding the January 5, 2017 EDBA Meeting:

Attached are the proposed agenda for the meeting and draft minutes of the Dec 1, 2016 EDBA meeting.
Also attached are three documents regarding the EDBA Booking Request Process:

Booking Cancellation Process.
These will be discussed at the January meeting so please review them ahead of the meeting and note any questions, comments or suggestions you may have. For clubs that want to pick up shuttles at the Jan 5 meeting but haven’t submitted their request, please email info@edba.org with their request by end of Wednesday, Jan 4.
